“Mélange Boutique” guarantees its products against defects in products and other contingencies.

If you feel that you have a used, open or defective product, immediately alert our customer services. Also, please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, refunds or return policy is affected.

After the product is examined, if it is determined to be defective, we will replace the product at our expense. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange your product depending on the condition of the product.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 15 days of the purchase date and if the color shade doesn’t match, exchanges are free of cost.

For shipping.

We will provide with a ready printable shipping label and you as a customer can drop the product off at USPS, UPS, FedEx and so forth. Once received, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund price.

Refund and Exchanges.

Exchange shipping are free of cost for the shade of powder that was selected in the cart and ordered while not being matched with the customer’s hair color shade. A new color shade can be easily selected for better match and will be reshipped at no charge.
